What's included with each package?
Each package comes with a set number of shooting hours, professionally edited high-resolution images, and a private online gallery for viewing and downloading your photos. Depending on the package you choose, you may also receive additional perks such as prints, an album.
How much space and power do you need?
We require only a small amount of space for our setup—typically an area of about 8×10 feet works perfectly for portraits or photo booths. For lighting and equipment, a standard power outlet is usually sufficient. If we need any additional arrangements, we’ll let you know in advance.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel within the local area is included at no extra cost. For shoots outside our standard service area, a reasonable travel fee may apply to cover mileage, time, or accommodation if required. We’ll always discuss this upfront before confirming your booking.
What's the booking process?
Booking is simple and stress-free. Just reach out through our contact form, email, or phone to share your details. We’ll confirm availability, discuss your requirements, and send over a booking agreement. Once your deposit is received, your date is officially secured.
Do you offer backdrops and custom templates?
Yes, we provide a variety of backdrop options to match the theme of your shoot. Custom-designed templates or branded layouts can also be created upon request, ensuring your photos perfectly reflect your style or event.
How long does setup take?
Setup usually takes about 20–30 minutes, depending on the size of the session or event. For larger shoots with multiple backdrops or equipment, we may need up to an hour. We always arrive early to make sure everything is ready before your scheduled time.
Can we get the photos after the event?
Absolutely! All edited photos will be delivered through a secure online gallery where you can view, share, and download your images. Delivery time depends on the package, but most event photos are ready within 7–14 business days.
Do you take last minute booking?
Yes, we do accept last-minute bookings when our schedule allows. Availability may be limited, so we recommend reaching out as soon as possible to confirm.
